The wind was intense and the rain was falling the day of the shoot. But as soon as we arrived at Castlewood State Park, the sun came out and that magic post rain light blessed us. This mama had some serious pregnancy glow going on! These two were so cute and you could really feel the connection between them. I am honored to have captured these moments for them.
March consisted of my daughters 2nd birthday, bellies, and bubbles! Oh and lots of dada hugs. With the weather warming up we have started to build an outdoor play area and got the cool seasons veggies in the garden.
I LOVE documenting people doing what they love. Tatum is a runner and we set out to find an amazing location that was beautifully simplistic. I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out.
February was full of some beautiful evening light. Growing up my mother had tons of gemstones and crystal’s in her bedroom. I use to endlessly play with them, soaking up the magic that they created.
Thank goodness I’m through the first trimester! I am feeling great again. And with that some energy to begin my 2nd 365 Project. This month has been full of toddler messes and taking boots on and off.
A pregnancy announcement, a gender reveal, and Christmas. What a big month. Full of so much joy. I can’t believe I made it through an entire 365 Project. It went by in a blink of an eye. My first photo was a picture of my daughter laying on the changing table with her dad and it ended with her laying on her dad with a 103 degree fever. 2016 has been one hell of a year! On to the next 🙂
I gave myself a little grace this month. I am posting “a day in the life” session I did at home for the whole month of November. I had a neck injury and found out I was pregnant so I had about a month where I couldn’t shoot. But I am in LOVE with this session I did for us.
